Welcome to Serenite Health. By accessing this website or scheduling or receiving services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using the Serenite Health website (serenitehealth.com) or by scheduling or receiving services from Serenite Health Ltd., doing business as Serenite Health ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this Site or our services.
Serenite Health provides wellness services — including weight management, hormone optimization, infusion therapy, peptide therapy, vitamin injections, NAD+ therapy, red light therapy, aesthetic treatments (including BOTOX® Cosmetic), and home infusion services — at 10601 Grant Rd, Suite 106, Houston, TX 77070 and, where applicable, at your residence or via telehealth.
All clinical services are provided by or under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals and require a prior consultation. Services and treatment plans are determined solely at the clinical discretion of our providers.
The information on this Site is for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or guidance from a qualified healthcare provider. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read here.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or schedule services independently. Minors may receive services only with documented written consent from a parent or legal guardian and in accordance with applicable Texas law.
Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system or by calling 832-688-8760. New patients are required to complete intake forms before their first visit. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline services at our clinical discretion, including for safety reasons.
Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee disclosed at the time of booking. Contact us as soon as possible at 832-688-8760 if you need to cancel. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in suspension of future booking privileges.
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior written arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, HSA, and FSA payments. We do not currently accept private insurance — patients are responsible for all charges. Fees will be communicated before services are rendered and are subject to change.
Fees for services already rendered are non-refundable. Prepaid packages or memberships are subject to the refund terms disclosed at purchase. Dispensed medications and supplies may not be returned or refunded once provided, except as required by law. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to referrals@serenitehealth.com within 30 days of the transaction.
Telehealth consultations are conducted in compliance with Texas telemedicine regulations. By participating in a telehealth visit, you consent to electronic communication for healthcare purposes, acknowledge the inherent limitations of remote evaluation, confirm you are located in Texas at the time of the consultation, and understand your clinician may require an in-person visit.
All content on this Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements — is owned by or licensed to Serenite Health and protected by U.S. intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
You agree not to use this Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt unauthorized access to any system or server; transmit harmful, harassing, or fraudulent content; or use automated tools to scrape data from the Site.
This Site may link to third-party websites including our booking platform. Those sites operate independently and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and links do not constitute endorsement.
This Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Serenite Health and its officers, employees, and providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the prior 12 months. Nothing here limits liability for gross negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Serenite Health and its personnel from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or violation of any applicable law.
Your use of this Site and our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated here by reference.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by Texas law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts in Harris County, Texas. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before initiating litigation.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written service agreements you have entered into with us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Serenite Health regarding your use of this Site and our services, and supersede any prior agreements on those subjects.
